Hearts to heaven pet crematorium

Trevor provided a professional courteous service when we very sadly lost our girl Dixie (the dog).He kindly placed her on the altar where she looked absolutely beautiful and very much at peace. Trevor asked if we would like music played as she went on her journey and we chose Parisian Walkways by Gary Moore.When we received Dixie's ashes back we also received a lovely hand written condolence card from Trevor which was really well appreciated and we would like to thank him dearly for.Hearts to Heaven provide a truly 5 star dignified service which has helped us to calmly mourn the loss of our dear old girl.Thankyou Trevor.RIP Dixie 2007 - 2023

My family & I can’t thank Trevor enough for what he did for us when we had to say goodbye to our beloved pet of 19 years. We got to bring her in the day she passed & we got to say goodbye to her properly, the room is beautifully decorated. He was very good at communicating & let us know when our pet was being cremated which was 30 mins after we had left her, which was comforting to us knowing she was not left lying around on her own, we got her ashes back the next day with her paw prints & a beautiful card & keepsakes from Trevor we did not expect. Looking back being able to do this has brought comfort to an awful day. I can’t recommend this place enough & Thank you so much Trevor, we’ll never forget what we were able to do for our pet thanks to you. Never underestimate the difference you make to peoples lives.

Absolutely top notch professional service Trevor was great with us and is one of the nicest people Iv ever met he was very accommodating and this buisness is perfect for anyone who has lost a family pet we had to make the decision to put our little girl tia to rest on Tuesday if contacted Trevor the day prior and he did his best to make sure I could get her up to him the same day and once we arrived the room was absolutely beautiful I would recommend Trevor to anyone who is thinking about this after a passing of a furry family member couldn’t have asked for a better service at all! I can’t thank Trevor enough for what he did for me and my family ❤️

Trevor was wonderful, incredibly kind and thoughtful. It was a horrific experience saying goodbye to our beloved rescue lurcher Flash but being able to take him to Trevor for his final journey gave us comfort. I can't recommend Hearts to Heaven enough and thank you for your support and kindness.

Honestly can’t thank Trevor enough for everything he’s done for us, our baby girl skys final journey was absolutely amazing, from walking into her resting place to picking her up, the service has been absolutely amazing. We wanna thank you for the bottom of our heart for everything and even picking her up. The gifts are very thoughtful and we love it so much. Once again thank you. Trevor is one of the kindest people you will ever come across , we lost our beloved hamster who had been with us for 5 years and the experience with Trevor was one I will never forget. Trevor made the experience so easy and goes above and beyond to ensure that in such a difficult time of loss you feel supported throughout the whole process from initial contact to picking up your loved ones ashes. His attention to detail is second to non , he is a kind a special human being and i wouldn’t go to anyone else. We didn’t even get the care , compassion or service that Trevor gives at the vets when we lost our dog. Trevor is honestly a one in a million and if you are looking for someone to help you with such a difficult process Trevor is your guy. Thank you again Trevor words won’t describe how grateful I am for your help and giving our beloved hamster the send off he deserves.
