A4 Motor Tyres,

ZERO STARS!!! AVOID THESE COWBOYS!!I had an incident which resulted in me hitting the curb and splitting the sidewall of my tyre. I was in need of an emergency replacement.After pulling up I did a quick Google search and found A4 Motor Tyres. I called them up and they told me they had a tyre in stock for £35 and I would have to drive to them as they don't offer a mobile service.I drove in and they rolled out the tyre for me to inspect. I'm no professional but the tyre looked okay so I agreed to take it. They got to work and changed the tyre. They tried increasing the price to £40 but then sold it to me for £35 as agreed on the phone. Off I went about my business.The first thing they did was change the air valve cover to a black one when my car has grey ones. I had to go back and get them to change this back. This is a minor mistake that was easily corrected.Later on I had a service done on my car and part of their checks revealed that the tyre they installed was a WINTER TYRE! Why I would need a winter tyre in the lead up to summer I do not know!I went online and booked my car in to have the front tyres changed. When they put the car up on the ramp they noticed 2 further things:1 - the winter tyre was also a RUN FLAT tyre, when all my other tyres are NOT run flat, and2 - THE BOLTS WERE NOT DRILLED ON PROPERLY!!! The mechanics told me they were able to remove them BY HAND!!!!I have 2 car seats in my car and had driven on the motorway with my family in all weather conditions! God knows what would've resulted had the tyre come off!!AVOID using these COWBOYS who don't know what they are doing and don't care about the SAFETY of their customers!! I am absolutely DISGUSTED by these findings! Legal advice is currently being sought.

Had a puncture in the back tyre, they repaired it so quickly I was in and out in minutes. Came back the next day to get two new tyres fitted and again so quick and efficient. Definitely recommend. What great service. Thank you very much!

A bit chaotic, But Personnel very nice, helpful and accommodating . A busy outlet as other types of car maintenance are carried out at the location. The only criticism: the waiting and viewing area is busy and not for relaxing but if the weather is warm dry and not raining that wouldn't matter as you are located near other outlets and McDonalds. Nice courteous staff

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST!!!Even one star is too much for this place but had to give this to warn everyone!I had two tyres replaced on my vehicle by these inexperienced people; and as soon as I drove off the warning light was coming on, so I went back and they said it’s because the tyres have just been changed this is normal; and to drive the vehicle around and it will go off itself, which it didn’t!I then called them and they completely fobbed me off saying it’s nothing to do with them and refused to take responsibility, so I took it to another tyre place and they advised that in the process of these people changing the tyres, they broke one tyre pressure sensor (TPMS) on one wheel and completely removed the sensor on the other wheel, hence the warning light was coming on!It’s now cost me a further £200 to purchase two new sensors and have these programmed and fitted!Really don’t understand what these people get from cheating customers by doing what they did to my vehicle and more than likely many others, but I guess this was my fault by trusting them and I have learned my lesson for next time.Please don’t believe the other reviews either, they all seem fake and like they have made been up by the businesses associates!

The guys are so friendly and polite. Never overcharge me and prices are low every time. Immediately they got to work - was there less than 20 mins and all done! Tyre was part worn and you wouldn’t even know!

Useless appointments been experienced two times for the mot and letted me down couldnt find my appointments on the register and booked for mot and they were started doing tracking lol
