Had ordered an online exclusive advised could pick up in store wasted bus fare to be told not arrived. When asked if she could chase it up she just said ring customer services who informed me it's been lost in transit. Will not be using again and the staff that dealt with me in store could do with some customer service training.

Love the coat styles similar to ted baker, unfortunately the material doesn't last very long. Generally good styles and latest designs. Boys clothes are trendy and stylish always shop here for my sons clothes.

Good shop trendy staff very helpful they give you space to do your browsing and don't overcrowd you .I'm a personal stylists and quite often put outfits together for clients in the shop never had any problems

Good shop! I got my bag from there.. however it is a bit pricey. £6 pound for one big hairclip.. it was worth maximum £2.50 but I mean still an amazing shop!

There wasn't any crowd in the outlet ... in my opinion the clothes r over priced for the quality of fabric they offer and yet it also lacks style

Never been in here and not had to wait in a long queue.Go upstairs to pay!!The staff are decent when you do eventually get to the counter

Just dope what can I say, amazing quality clothing, amazing designs, staff are always very friendly and helpful and they allow you the space to shop around with ease. Prices aren't bad either considering the quality and look you're getting, a big thumbs up
