Mr Walker did the impossible and got us sold for more than we anticipated! Well, what can I say! I had quite a journey selling our house and David was an absolute star throughout! I had 4 different estate agents round to value my house, and then by chance, I met Nev, who worked for the Otley branch whilst viewing a house my partner ended up buying. The property my partner purchased was for sale via EweMove but a different branch. Nev was incredible and so I asked him who looked after my area. He gave me David Walker's contact details and as I was about to put my house on the market, I called David. As soon as I met David I knew he was the person to sell my house. David isn't just an estate agent, he actually cares about every house he sells, and the people selling that house. We researched the company online and there seemed to be something fresh and different about their ethos to selling your home. Our experience has confirmed just this.Our first meeting with David was informative and positive without leaving us feeling as though he was being 'pushy'. He gave us time to consider everything and the video links he sent to our email address were an excellent and novel method of communication which we really liked.From the outset, David has been extremely enthusiastic and efficient and has taken the stress out of selling our house.
