I used the services of Simply Money when I bought a house during the pandemic, in the spring of 2020. Despite the challenging circumstances, Barry was able to find an excellent mortgage for us and really helped us to buy a house - which was probably one of the very few house sales in that period. Now, at the end of 2022, Barry helped us again. This time he helped us transfer our existing mortgage to another property, thus maintaining the excellent interest rate and other conditions. Again, this was a challenging time to sell (and buy) a home and yet again Barry was a great help pulling it of. In fact, I can honestly say that without Barry, it would not have happened full stop.
