The most awful experience, still trying to get answers from Wren about the lies we were told to get us to buy our kitchen. We are now 5 months later still with an unworkable kitchen and having to go through the Ombudsman to get any help as Wren have backed out promises made and left us with un unfinished kitchen without worktops.

From start to finish we had an excellent experience with Wren. The Solihull showroom had lots of styles to choose from. Our designer was very professional and excellent at her job, she listened to our needs and designed a perfect kitchen that works for us. The installers were brilliant and they did a first class job. We couldn’t be happier. When you’re spending a lot of money you want it to be right our experience with Wren was faultless throughout.

My experience with Wrens Kitchens Solihull started off well as we received great customer service from Holly. However, customer service from the rest of the team was quite poor. Including staff being rude, not booking appointments as requested.Once we signed the contract things started going down hill. Our phone calls were not returned in a timely manner, we had issues with the flooring we ordered, some items were delivered damaged and the fitter did not complete the job in a timely manner. The finished product is not as high quality as promised with cupboard panels and shelves being chipped, drawers damaged. I believe more attention needs to be paid to final details and the team needs to be clear on what they’re offering.14/06: it’s been a week since I contacted Wren regarding my complaint and have yet to hear back. I have found more issues with my kitchen and have contacted Wren several times via telephone and email but no response or effort to resolve the matter. Do better!!!

We a very pleased with our new kitchen, the designer was brilliant and created a layout we would have never thought. The fitter was an old school craftsman who did a brilliant job.

A very good kitchen/bathroom /bedroom showroom. The store is very well set out with examples of all the extensive home improvements on offer. Staff are knowledgeable, professional, and helpful and allow you to look around without bothering you but are on hand if you have questions.

One day we went in to view a kitchen we found online that we'd thought we would have in our home. Staff are very nice and helpful. They start from designing the kitchen to building and following your choices that you want to build your dream kitchen. The pricing this is probably the worst point, they are very expensive and the more options and things you like, the price tends to go up. Also covid 19 procedures are taking place and they are limiting people in the store. They have a nice showroom with plenty of kitchens for you to look at to take an inspiration of your dream kitchen. Would recommend

So pleased with my new Wren kitchen. Great service from start to finish. Helpful kitchen designer who provided good advice about things we had not considered. Installation was also very professional. They were able to provide extras such as plastering and electrical work. Love the quality of the cabinets and especially happy with the double bin cupboard. It’s fab!!Would recommend looking at Wren if you are considering a new kitchen.

Let this be a warning to anyone having a kitchen installed by Wren installers.Whilst no complaint about the kitchen units and appliances. I feel we were extremely let down by the quality of work done by the installer. Given four days to install, and no doubt I paid for this time, the fitter finished to a point within 2.5 days. This is reflected in most of the units being misaligned or damaged to doors. I could go on with what was wrong, which would lead to an even greater text.Six weeks later, finally, this kitchen was finished but still not to a satisfactory standard. Wren would only offer a refund on a unit that would have needed the work top taken off to repair the unit underneath it. This was something they were not prepared to do, and I just gave up with them and accepted the refund.It's a shame, really. Quality of product, show rooms brilliantly laid out, 3D imagery. Let down by poor quality labour, certainly in my case.I have one suggestion for Wren.At the end of every installation by a Wren installer, someone independently from Wren should come out and inspect the completed work to make sure the work has been satisfactory installed.
