Rob was fantastic from start to finish. He was very clear on what the system does and took me through step by step how to make sure I had full access from my phone. The system itself is great and I have the added security of having the data saved if I ever need to look back. I would highly recommend NRI if you need a system fitting or upgrading.

NRI Security fitted our house alarm. They responded quickly to our initial enquiry. The various options were explained to us. When we had decided what we wanted, an itemised quotation was provided.On the fitting day Rob arrived on time. He worked carefully, neatly and cleanly. He explained how to use the system and patiently answered our many queries. The sensors etc are neat and unobtrusive. We are happy with the set-up.We can recommend NRI Security without reservation.

NRI turned up to give me a quote and Rob explained what I needed and the different systems they supplied. The quote was very competitive and I proceeded with the installation of 3 cctv full colour cameras. Rob turned up on the day we agreed.I am overjoyed with the system a very neat job and I couldn’t even see where he hid the cables. Rob explained the system and how to work the app on my mobile phone. Rob dealt with my cctv installation in a very professional manner and was always on time. Work undertaken was clean and tidy and Rob provided a clear overview of how to operate the system. Rob went further and lent me his extension cable as I didn’t have a power outlet near to where I wanted the NVR positioned.To date the cctv is working well with no issues. Overall I’m very pleased with the outcome.
