Tacky place, expensive treatment and bad results. I went there for laser ear-hair removal 3 days ago. I was dry-shaved which made cuts on both of my ears. Laser treatment did not remove any hairs and now they are growing even more aggressively due to dry-shave. I also was charged 36 GBP, even the person who charged was shocked how high that was. Just to note, I did do ear hair laser removal twice in Turkey (w/o dry-shave) for 5 GBP, and was really happy with the results. So reason of bad results are not not about me. I was called after my 1 star review, which was nice of them trying to compensate but I won't be coming back for sure.

I am really suprised with this experience, Lulu is very professional and pretty. I didn't feel any pain at all. I have done my first section and it improve a lot, very happy with everything and will continue my treatments. Recommend !!

I was so happy to be referred to lluvo for laser treatment. After hearing of so many horror stories, it was comforting to know I’d be in professional hands.Lulu is extremely professional in her manner and approach, and made me feel at ease straight away. She is extremely knowledgeable, and was able to explain to me extensively about how the machine worked, and what results I was expected to get.I am extremely happy with the results, and together with the amazing discount package deals they offer, It’s a win win situation. I couldn’t be happier to recommend this salon.

This was such an amazing experience that left me feeling relaxed and very happy with the service. I had a back massage by Megan who spoke to me prior to understand my end result that I wanted. The massage was very good and got rid of all my aches!!! I will definitely go back another time.
