Excellent service from Snows Guildford when I arranged to view a used Sportage. Fran took the time to fully walk through the specifications for me and very patiently answered my many questions during the test drive. There was no pressure; just a very professional, courteous service.

Dave Forde was very helpful by arranging for my Sorento to be checked after recently be hit in a car park. He is very thorough.The work undertaken was fast to get me back on the road. The Engineer sent a short video of the damage and other areas he checked.Great staff and Dealer. I would recommend them.

Great customer service. The team are awesome, I can't fault them. Very customer focused, responsive to enquiries and what your needs are. Transparent pricing and service plans. Aston was very helpful and I have no reservations on being a returning customer in the future. Amazing warranty on all their cars. The Kia Sportage GT line S is beautiful car packed with high tech functionality.

I was looking for a new car and visited this garage. I found the team friendly, helpful and informative, especially Aston from the sales team. He arranged a test drive to suit me and was able to answer all my questions, He was not pushy like some sales persons can be and I appreciated this. I was only sorry that the car I was looking at wasn't quite what I needed, however I will look at Snows next time I need to change my car.

Bought a car from Snows Guildford and I was seamlessly supported by a friendly and non-pushy sales team. Aston, Alex & Charlie were super in answering my questions and helping guide me through the process. Buying a car second hand can sometimes be nerve wracking but these guys made it an easy and reassuring experience.

Chris and I are very impressed with the lack of pressure selling and willingness to allow multiple test drives from the relaxed salesmen. Aston was very thorough in his explanation of the car. Leon was very clear with his explanation and sorting out of the Motablility scheme, making it easy to understand and deal with. Both have given us excellent aftercare since delivery of the car as it is our first electric vehicle.

Consistently terrible communication, once we agreed to buy a car. all companies have issues with supply chains, staff, etc. the key is keeping customers informed and, if you make a mistake, fix it! this did not happen in any way with Snows Guildford while purchasing our car.Now, we have the car, something is leaking from the back axle and Snows won't let me book it in for a diagnostic and repair! It's got the 7 year Kia warranty.Snows central servicing team told me someone from Guildford would call me - they didn't.The online chat help from KIA told me they called Snows Guildord while I was waiting and that the servicing manger would call me - they didn't.I'll try again tomorrow but I'm worried that whatever's leaking could be a safety issue and nobody from Snows Guildford seems to care.It's hard to believe a company like this can be so consistently poor in terms of performance and communication in pre and post sales. Presumably AARON VALENTINE (the sales manager) and ANDY MACBETH (the after sales manager) are coordinating closely to ensure the consistency of terrible performance from their respective teams.Adding a follow up:After this review, Tom the service manager called and was super helpful. Nice guy, gave time, listened, solved the problem and didn't laugh at me for being an idiot. I've upped this to three stars solely based on Tom's help.

My first experience at Snows has been very positive. I was warmly welcomed by Jordan after arranging a booked consultation. He was polite, knowledgable and supportive to what I was looking for. He explained policies clearly and answered any questioned I had. I was updated by email and I am very happy with the service, assistance and the car. I would recommend and feel confident to contact Snows if I did have any questions.
