This service was excellent. Victor was punctual, polite and extremely efficient. Our light coloured carpets came up much cleaner than I could have hoped for. Victor gave clear advice about the drying time for the carpets and how to protect the carpet from staining by wooden furniture feet. I would have no reservations about recommending his carpet cleaning service.

Viktor cleaned our carpets today for an end of tenancy. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Communication and booking was fast and polite. I thought the carpets weren’t too bad until Viktor showed me the dirty water! I’d highly recommend Fibre Rinse and would definitely use the service again.

Very pleased with the mattress clean carried out by Viktor at Fibre Rinse. Arrived in good time, was polite and helpful and completed the work to a high standard. Mattress is now beautifully clean and fresh. I will be using Fibre Rinse again soon for a carpet cleaning job. Definitely recommend.

Victor has been absolutely wonderful. Highly highly recommend. I called him only The day before and he managed to squeeze me in the very next morning. He even offered to leave his drying machine to ensure my mattress dried over the weekend. Couldn’t say enough nice things, very kind and very professional.

Victor did an amazing job on our carpets, particularly on the stairwell and landing which had not been professionally cleaned for years! I had considered replacing them , but clear now there is no need as he has restored them to nearly new. Victor came on time, was very efficient, and left without any issues. I would highly recommend him .
