Fantastic all round service. Never having had a log-burner before, I found Steve particularly helpful and he offered some great advice. Steve removed an old (and very heavy!) wood burner and flue from our cottage - not a trivial job on a two-story cottage with a steep roof and cramped attic. He also repaired the roof, including replacing tiles. I was particularly impressed that he could source used tiles that matched our 30-year-old slightly distressed ones. It was a thoroughly professional job done by a knowledgeable specialist. He deserves his 5-star reviews!

Had a Charnwood C five installed, following Steve’s recommendations, looks fantastic, very efficient service. Steve was very helpful, and gave us plenty of advice with everything from running the fire, to purchasing & storing the fuel. I would highly recommend to anyone considering having a stove installed.

Amazing job! Had new fire surround fitted around log burner. Steve called me within half an hour of my posting.He sourced the oak and fitted it all within 2 weeks. Tidy, polite, and friendly.
