Bare Cremation

I can’t praise Bare Cremation enough they were so good and so helpful at a very difficult time for the family. They certainly went the extra miles to help and assist us. What I particularly liked was they quote one price and that was it no add ons or hidden charges. As for the service they kept us informed at every stage of proceedings without been intrusive. We especially appreciated that they had to make two journeys to the hospital because of a mixup between the coroner and the mortuary and really appreciated the lovely bouquet of flowers they brought for mum when they returned our brothers ashes. I would certainly recommend Gayle and the team at Bare Cremation.

When you lose your love one, the last thing you need is to worry or be overwhelmed by the process that follows. I called Bare in an emotionally draining moment to get a second option to the one we were already set for - just to double check - and I am glad I did. It was the tone of voice, the way information was provided, the lack of cheeky additional fees, the prompt replies - everything I needed and when I needed; easy to understand and reassuring. The communication was prompt, support and information given at every step, and the process was arranged with dignity. This was the right choice for me and my family, and I can wholeheartedly recommend Gayle and her team at Bare.
