Hair at Michaela's

Visited HLH beauty inside Hair at Michaela's during the social distancing restrictions. All the staff made me feel safe and welcome. Lovely atmosphere and I now have gorgeous nails.

I recently found Michaela's and I have to say that it's a fabulous place. All the staff are friendly and, of course, you get a great haircut...

Well what a magnificent place Chloe sorted out an absolute mess which was my hair the last place I went to well and truly screwed it up and when I went in I was very skeptical as if she was going to be able to sort it out but my god she did well done Chloe you are a brilliant hairdresser thank you so much!

Had my hair cut here a couple of months ago and i was so disappointed! I explained how I wanted my hair cut and the finished product was nothing like I asked for, i asked for shape at the back and front and I ended up with a plain square cut that wasn't even straight, with straggly bits, when I got home I had to use the straighters as there was no attempt at a finishing it off properly. The next day I went to visit a relative who told me i needed a hair cut!! I decided to call and let them know I wasn't happy and the lady I spoke to apologised and asked me to come back in and the lady who had cut my hair would give me a wash cut and style to rectify what I wasn't happy with, when I got there she didn't wash my hair she just trimmed off the straggly bits at the back and sent me on my way with a terrible hair cut and feeling like I was in the wrong for going back to have it fixed!! Needless to say I won't be going there again!! I got a fantastic cut today at another hairdressers in St Ives called Lucid, the lovely Natalie listened to what I wanted and I walked out it of there a very happy customer and booked my next appointment while I was there!!

Lovely stylist and a reasonable price, I'm generally very particular about who I trust with my hair but I left Michaela's pleased with the result.

Love the salon! Great people, great atmosphere and always a success with the haircuts! Every time I leave the salon I look like a million dollars and get loads of compliments!!

What an amazing experience I had at Michaela’s. I had hair extensions with Chloe and she did a wonderful job. I am so happy! Great atmosphere, everyone is friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend!
