Planning a wedding with Annabel was like planning a wedding with a friend. Not a friend who is busy with their own life or a one who will tell you what you want to hear all the time, but a friend who is totally dedicated to helping you create the perfect day and one who will gently let you know when you are getting off track or making the mistake many brides do of trying to please everyone.From the very first interaction with Annabel I felt that she understood my vision and was as passionate about it as me. All the suppliers she suggested were exceptional and reliable. I only wish I had brought her on board earlier as the only uncertainties as the day approached were with the suppliers I had found myself.Annabel already had another wedding booked on the same day as mine so she sent her colleague Danette to look after things. Danette and her team were absolute lifesavers. When the caterers let us down they brought in staff last minute, worked tirelessly to keep things on track and were a constant calm presence in the joyous whirlwind that is a wedding.Before I started planning, I had viewed a wedding co-ordinator as a bit of a luxury item, a treat for me so that I could relax on the day itself, but I now see it as the biggest part of the whole puzzle. Get the right co-ordinator at the very beginning and you can almost guarantee that the whole process will be less stressful, less costly, and more closely resemble your original vision.I can highly and happily recommend Annabel and her team.

Having Annabel as the Wedding Planner for our daughter and son in laws wedding what an absolute must. Annabel can do as much or as little as you wish. We decided to have catch up meetings every couple of months, this helped enormously in knowing when to start thinking about cakes, rings, dress, suits, speeches, how many guests, music or choosing food and the very many other things that are involved, and there is a lot to think about and make decisions on. Annabel was an expert, a fountain of knowledge and a great signposter to online wedding websites.A week before the Wedding all our contacts like transport, stylists, DJ, florists were handed over to Annabel so she was then the principal contact, which enabled us to enjoy the run up to the big day.We chose to have Annabel at the venue throughout the day before the Wedding and the day of the Wedding, this really helped to calm nerves and we even did a rehearsal. On the day Annabel made the day run like a dream, she had a schedule that she made sure we all kept to and prompted us through each step, what time to put the dress on, meeting the registrar before the ceremony, and then guiding the bridesmaids and ushers to carry out their roles too. Supported those who were doing speeches, and coordinated the photographer and the videographer.Special attention was made on the day towards the Bride & Groom making sure they had eaten canapés and had a drink to hand, as it was very busy with the many congratulations they received and photos being taken, they could have easily sat down to the Wedding breakfast 3 hours after the ceremony without their feet touching the ground if it hadn't been for Annabel.I would highly recommend Annabel for any type of Wedding, she's an absolute star and very personable.

We hired Annabel for our on the day coordination for our wedding at Silverholme Manor, overlooking Lake Windermere. The wedding was for 150 people. We hired her in the weeks before the wedding to help with the on the day coordination to take the stress away from our special day. When i first spoke to Annabel, i knew that she would be perfect for the job. She knew the wedding venue exceptionally well and the suppliers. She was practical, knowledgeable and above all enthusiastic! She was helpful on the day and helped make the day run smoothly. She was great with the wedding set up and ensuring everyone is sat where the needed to be in ceremony and for the wedding breakfast, organising suppliers on the day and making sure the day stuck to the programme! She was enthusiastic and i would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who needs help with their wedding! For such a special day, a helping hand is really essential!

Having worked with Annabel for over a decade we can quite honestly say that she is one of the best at what she does. Everybody NEEDS an Annabel at their wedding. We honestly could not recommend Annabel enough and I don't even know where to begin. Annabel is a dream and it was the best decision we made to have her as a coordinator for our wedding day.Annabel is efficient, reliable, professional, approachable, warm, friendly, enthusiastic....the list could go on and on. Annabel immediately got our vision for our wedding day in our early video meetups and made us feel totally at ease. We chose to have a DIY wedding with the reception in tipis in a field- this meant that there were a lot of elements to come together so for us, it was essential we had somebody to ensure everything ran smoothly on the day. Annabel is incredibly knowledgeable about the local wedding industry and was quick to offer up advice and recommendations for various suppliers we were yet to book, and elements of the wedding we did not know where to begin with. In the lead up to the wedding, Annabel ensured that all of the suppliers we had booked were communicated with and were up to date with the schedule for the day.On the day she was like the best type of fairy godmother/Mary Poppins/knight in shining armour you could ever imagine- she ensured everything ran smoothly, was quick to advise people on where to be and when, and went absolutely above and beyond. When things were running a bit behind schedule, Annabel ensured that all of our suppliers were primed and were up to speed- we didn't notice if there were any hiccups as Annabel made sure we were able to have the best time, relax, and had zero to worry about.We finished the wedding feeling like Annabel is a true friend and part of us is sad that we won't have more regular meetups with her. Annabel was amazing and, simply put, our wedding wouldn't have worked without her. Our venue was 500ft up a Fell in Coniston, with no onsite staff, and Annabel was integral to making sure everything ran smoothly. She even went above and beyond to drive all the way back into the village to retrieve a set of keys that had accidentally been taken there.
