He communicated with me consistently throughout the process which I found extremely helpful and kept everything stress free for me. He's very friendly, approachable and professional and nothing is a hassle for him. By the time I would pick up a message about a potential issue such as my alarm going off Kieren had sorted it by the time I phoned him back. It all went very smooth and within our agreed time schedules and I found his quotes and pricing to be transparent and affordable. I am very happy with the renovations and now have a happy tenant in my flat with zero complaints which is a testament to the quality of work Kieren and his colleagues carried out.
