Tom of Plumbenergy fitted a new programmer for our central heating and hot water. He set it up and gave clear and careful instructions in its use. if there were any problems we were to phone him and he would come and fix them.In fact it has worked perfectly.Tom is professional in every way and gave us confidence that whatever work he does will be to a very high standard. Highly recommended.

Plumbenergy have recently completed a mains water pipe replacement at my parents house, from the initial inspection and discussion about how to proceed to the actual replacement work Tom and his colleagues were a pleasure to deal with and very professional. I would highly recommend Plumenergy.

Excellent service - Tom did everything to a very high standard (and for a reasonable price!). He fitted my new sink and tap which look amazing and also replaced my kitchen waste unit which now works as it should do. Would definitely recommend his services!

Tom was very much aware overall of what to do. Work was delivered as agreed. Finishing is really clean and to an excellent quality. He was able to deal with an unexpected obstacle and was quick to attend to ensure work is delivered.

Excellent service and Tom came out so quick. He explained in detail what the problem was and resolved our leak in our kitchen. We thought it was a burst pipe but it was our tap that had corroded. We've had Tom out recently to help out with a couple of bits around the house and couldn't be more pleased with the service. He fitted a new main line and stop-tap, and has serviced and repaired our dodgy boiler so it's now warming us up like it never has before. We will 100% be using Tom for any future work we have. Really professional and friendly service from Tom when we found our sump pump had broken down after moving into a new house and caused some minor flooding. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and came back later that week to repair the problem quickly and for a fair price. Would definitely go back to PlumbEnergy for any future plumbing issues.
