Yugo Yoga With Me

I recently started Denise’s Thursday yoga class at Chelford and it makes such a positive impact on my week. I can arrive unenthusiastic and lacking energy and within minutes I feel calmer and focused on the practice. In the few weeks I’ve been I’ve already seen improvements in my mobility and balance and it’s great to be part of a class that’s so supportive and everyone can move at their own pace. There’s great variety between each class and I always go away having learnt something new about yoga. Bonus, I leave feeling utterly relaxed! Couldn’t recommend Denise’s classes enough!

I have been doing yoga with Denise since February. I love the variety of classes that Denise offers, both in person & on Zoom. I can see such a big improvement in the quality of my practice & the strength I have built up from regular practice, all encouraged & helped along by Denise, who is a very supportive teacher.
