Fantastic service. We were on holiday so didn’t know the area. All of a sudden my dash board in my vehicle lit up like a Christmas tree pulled into the garage they had me in and on the diagnostic machine in 20 minutes gave me a full report on what was wrong and that got me safely home worry free. My wife and I were in Hunstanton for a few days, and during that time I noticed I was having trouble changing gears. I was recommended to contact K Brown, which I did and first encountered the incredibly helpful Aimee. She gave me directions to the garage and I took the car there. Later in the day I received a text from Aimee to say the car was ready for collection. When I arrived I was presented with a typed statement detailing that they had taken it for two trial runs but could find nothing wrong with the gears, pedal or clutch fluid. I was also advised to check with my own garage when I got home. The following day we drove 80-odd miles with no problem at all, but I am getting it checked again as advised. The garage did not charge me for the work they had put in and refused my offer to pay something for their troubles. If I lived in Hunstanton I would use them all the time for servicing, MoT etc. Top class.

Our power steering failed and we limped in to this garage. From first setting foot through the doors they were superb, professional and honest. We were very lucky to have broken down near to them with hindsight. We would thoroughly recommend them. Many thanks to all concerned. Phil and Janet Haw.

Did the MOT on my campervan. Very pleased with the experience.Booked in advance at a set time and there was no delay. Friendly staff and there is a customers waiting area. Only a short walk into Hunstanton if you want to pop into town whilst they work on your vehicle.

Very happy to highly recommend K Brown motor services. They efficiently scheduled my MOT then carried out remedial work within a couple of days which my usual garage couldn’t do. When I called to collect, another nice surprise, the repair bill was much lower than estimated as it hadn’t taken as long. Very honest of them to not just charge me the full amount. I’ll definitely use them again. Great all round service - thank you to all concerned!

Bless 'em! I'd driven through a flooded bit of road - very dramatic it was! The car didn't stop, but it was making a horrible noise afterwards, and I didn't dare stop in case it wouldn't start again... Drove another 10 miles and pulled up at K Brown Hunstanton. They sorted the problem so quickly and amicably. It was just a mudflap had come detached with the water force, and was scraping on the floor, but I'd been terrified and they were super-reassuring and lovely.

Friendly, honest and professional. Very easy and quick service.Good value too! I changed from the main dealership because of waiting times and inefficient service. (I won’t go into details) Very happy with K. Browns #2 another great visit for m.o.t. Very quick friendly service as usual. Boy am I glad I found this place.

K Brown were so helpful and efficient. My car needed urgent repairs and they took the car in straightaway and fixed the problem. I was able to collect the car the very next day. The staff are really lovely and welcoming. I would not go anywhere else. Highly recommend them.
