Looked after by Luke who went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. I couldn’t recommend Luke and the team enough, would definitely use again.

After browsing the website to get an idea of prices, I received a call from Luke to discuss my needs. He explained all of the options to me and suggested a size of unit that he thought would work for me. I decided to sign up there and then and Luke told me I could start dropping things off the same day.When I got to reception, I was met by Hollie who took me up to the looker to show me around and to make sure I was happy with everything. She then went through all of the paperwork and explained all of the procedures.Once I was set up, I used one of the loading bays and the trolleys available to effortlessly take my stuff to my locker.I was really impressed with how clean and tidy the building is and the variety of locker sizes available.Both Hollie and Luke were extremely helpful and made me feel very comfortable. I had never hired storage before so I really appreciated them being so welcoming and their honest advice. I would definitely recommend Lok'nStore to others.

Luke was excellent. We were stuck in traffic and wouldn’t arrive until 4 when they closed. We rang up and Luke was kind enough to stay late for us and keep the storage building open. It saved us so much hassle, and was very much appreciated. Would 100% recommend.

The staff are just amazing! So friendly. Whenever I visit my storage unit they are always so welcoming and can't do enough for you. I love visiting what a lovely environment and professional service. Can't recommend it enough.

Very convenient location with great offers. Luke and Chris were very professional, courteous and friendly. They upgraded my original 30ft to 50ft for the price of 30ft. So very thankful to the Lok n Store Warrington team. Highly recommended.

Have been storing my stuff with lok n store for nearly 2 years . Have moved recently so I have vacated my unit . I would like to say all that time it was an absolute pleasure to to do business with lok n store and I shall definitely recommend them to people I know . The staff in warrington are a huge credit to the company , always friendly , polite , approachable and helpful and supportive with a personal touch whilst remaining totally proffessional . Many times , well nearly everytime I forgot my number I'd be welcomed with a jovial smile and given my number , nothing is too much for these staff to keep the customer happy and stress free and itis clearly thier top priority ! I have nothing but high praise and fondness for all the staff there as they give a very person centered service making you feel that you matter . Nothing bad to say whatsoever , I can only give massive praise as said and I would definitely use lok n store again 100%. One of the best team of staff I've ever had the pleasure to encounter ! X
