Cats Protection - North London Adoption Centre

Not long ago, I had to part ways with my two baby boys due to unforeseen circumstances in my life which led me to have to relocate abroad. I had roughly one month to re-home my cats and so I decided to contact Cats Protection North London. Sophie, the deputy centre manager, and Eve, the rehoming and welfare assistant, stood by me throughout the whole process and understood my urgency. Within a few weeks, they were able to find the perfect new home for my furry feline friends. There were a couple of people interested in adopting, but they made sure my cats would be going into the best hands and environment possible. It's been nearly two months and I recently received an e-mail from Cats Protection with such a positive update on how they are adjusting in their new home and it brought tears of joy to my eyes. I can't thank Cats Protection enough!!! If you are also in a situation like I was and are in urgent need to re-home, you can 100% trust Cats Protection! Or, if you are looking to home a cat, definitely adopt from the cats in their care!

We went to view and collect a rescue cat. All the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone clearly love all the cats under their protection. Noggin is settling in well, probably a testament to their excellent work.

Incredibly helpful, kind, generous and trusting. Neighbours upstairs and cat were illegally evicted in their pjs at 12 midnight. Needed a temporary home for cat but sadly the didn’t have room. However, they did everything they could possibly do to help. Thank you

I had a wonderful experience with this team. I left a really panicked message on there answering machine out of hours explaining that I had 2 week old kittens and mum had not returned from a break outside.They called me back first thing.They gave me 3 options.1. I could come in and they would teach me how to hand feed.2. I could leave them and they would be adopted.3. They would be looked after and fed by a local Foster mum. Until mum returns.I choose option 3.I dropped my kittens to the centre to very friendly staff.3 days later mum returned......I was able to pick up my fed and healthy kittens from there foster mother who had doing this as a volunteer.I'm so grateful.Thank you North London Centre and the foster cat mum.

I looked after a cat for one year when the elderly owner died as his relatives wanted her put down. I moved to a flat where taking the cat was impossible so I contacted the cat protection adoption service. I was blown away by the care and attention and have every faith that the clever and cheeky Missy has a wonderful new home

We missed our chosen adoptee...darn it...gotta be quick! Such kind and helpful staff, and a shop with great cat toys... I'll keep looking for a furry friend.Update:Adopted this little rescue girl, she's adorable!

Cats protection..came and picked up Catford cat litter..and other few items..from our late Mrs boo..who was 19 when she left us.Knowing her goodies has gone to helping other cats ..allows us a more happier head space..We've loads of clothes jewelry.. and other bits that when have loads will donate to this amazing charity.Thank you Sarah for coming to pick up Boos stuff
