Bought a motorbike with givi luggage kit but the previous owner had lost one of the keys.Before drilling out the lock and ordering a new barrel I give Havlins a call.The guy said he was on his own but if I wasn't in a hurry to bring down the bike and if he got some time he would have a go at picking it.I arrived and guy came out,looked at the lock went in picked a blank key went to the cutting wheel,came out put the key in the lock and opened it.I was speechless.He gave me the key and charged me a fiver all in a few minutes.His name was Declan and he's a bloody legend Highly recommend this master locksmith.Cheers mate.... saved me a lot of grief...I am not worthy Lol.

I called Havlin’s because we had a sticking PVC door and a key jammed in a keyhole. I was assured someone would come out after 1pm on the same day, well, he turned up at 1.30pm and was all wrapped up within 20 minutes! He was friendly, polite and even took time to explain WHAT he was doing and WHY. When it came to payment he was able to take a card payment right on my doorstep so no need to run out and get cash. Cannot fault the service received and I will be sure to use them again in future and to recommend to others.

I managed to break the key in the front door lock late at night. I phoned Havlins at 2300hrs and Ray was out with me within 20 minutes. I was in the house for 2330hrs. I know they advertise a 24hr service.....but this was amazing. They're not even hard to pay !!!

They replaced they metal part of my car key fob. They are friendly, efficient , and professional. The guy who served me (think his name was Declan) also provided a new battery free of charge as the old one was done.
