Friendly staff, always happy to help or answer questions. Fresh food not the best but packets, tins, chocolate, cigarettes etc all up to usual standard. Not too expensive, given the central location. It's super confusing when the guy behind the counter wears his Tesco blazer, as I've seen him do once or twice..

Definitely not open 24 hours as Google states. Inside, it's a disgusting mess. It smells of rot and the floor is uneven and mould can be seen all over the place.It's in a handy location and is good if you're in a rush to pick up some convenience.I can't quite believe it's been allowed to stay open for this many years in the state it's in.

The only one place that sells for a package of Heats cigarettes £6.40.Any other shop sells for £5.50 that is a bit expensive I would say..

So my best friend who has 4 kids under the age of 6 was waiting for a a bus. Her friend went in and got a red bull. One child is 2 (he cannot speak properly yet and has speech difficulties as well as autism), he was outside and obviously had walked in the shop and picked up some bubbles and came out the shop with it as he doesn’t understand.2 minutes later a shop assistant walks out and starts shouting at my best friend accusing her of stealing in front of everyone waiting at the bus stop. It made her upset and nearly wanted to cry making her feel like she was a bad parent. This is out of order.That is not how you treat anyone, let alone in retail. Rule number 1, do not shout at customers. It is rude and absolutely disgusting especially towards a customer that regularly goes and spends money in that shop.

No refunds on products bought even if they are faulty. Very bad customer service. All you get is I'm the seller"
