Always.. The RUDEST staff Ive EVER had to deal with, Unprofessional, Aggressive & Patronising. No Customer Service Skills at all.. no Telephone manners. Management are no better.. the only cover up for their poorly train staff. Zero Manners or Ability to help. Total incompetence from this office.

They offer housing that is sub par and filfthy. The Strabane area in particular have some of the worst housing stock and the NIHE management are making a buck while the houses fall into disrepair. £60 a week to heat thier property and waiting 8 months for a reply about what they will do about it.

If I could give them zero stars I would have to agree with another reviewer incompetent rude aggressive patronising staff with no manners customer service skills and not fit for purpose. I would single out the patch manager for Scrabo Ivor Gibson as an example of this.

Wouldn't even give 1 star, shocking they tell lies constantly, the patch managers and more senior staff are extremely rude. Hate having to deal with these people!
