In retrospect, I am truly grateful that I made the decision to have my cherished hamster, Cheek, cremated. Heather from Kings Hill Cremations displayed exceptional friendliness and accommodation throughout the entire process. When I contacted them last Friday during lunchtime, I was pleased to know that Cheek could be cremated on the same day. The ambiance of their shop was so peaceful and dignified, creating a respectful environment where I could bid my beloved pet a final farewell.Furthermore, I deeply appreciated the promptness with which I could retrieve Cheek's ashes the following day, on Saturday, sparing me from having to wait until Monday. The brown casket I selected for his ashes, along with the engraving I requested, were executed exactly as I had envisioned. The inclusion of a heartfelt condolence card and a comforting candle touched me profoundly.Now, thanks to the compassionate team at Kings Hill, my hamster has found a beautiful resting place within the comfort of my own home. I am immensely grateful for their support and thoughtfulness during this difficult time.

I have used Kings Hill Cremations twice over that last two years.They have been extremely professional and provided the highest quality service.My Husky Keira was picked up from home by two caring staff members. They respected our family and allowed us as much time as we required to say our final good byes.Once keira was with them they kept us up to date and we had a time slot booked to go pick up her Ashes.Location is very beautiful and peaceful. The service we received from Kings Hill has been first class, from the vet who came out to put Alfie at rest. She was so compassionate and made the whole process a calming and almost serene experience, the gentleman that came to collect Alfie handled everything with such dignity and was so gentle with our amazing dog of 14 years. I had to wait a couple of weeks before collecting Alfie ashes and pawprint, as I wanted to be as strong and dignified as Alfie had always been. When I collected him, everything was laid out on a table beautifully presented, which somehow just made the whole experience easier and made it so much easier to heal and remember Alfie for the wonderful companion he was. The staff at Kings Hill made a difficult time of having to put our beloved dog to sleep easier. They arranged for a vet to come to our home and we were then able to take him directly to them for cremation. The crematorium is located in beautiful countryside and the reception area is pleasant and welcoming. They had a bed ready to receive Marley and they had a good selection of urns and caskets for us to bring Marley's ashes home later the same day. We could then spend some time saying goodbye to him before leaving him in their safe hands and they contacted us when he was ready for collection. Thank you

I would like to say thank you for how they looked after my cat Nelle and I.At a very difficult time they showed sympathy and consideration and did not rush anything.My little girl came home the same day which was very important to me.They are highly professional and welcoming.I took my previous cat here and because of how well we had been looked after there was no doubt where I would take Nelle to be looked after in her final moments.Thank you.

Sadly, I lost my adored little house bunny very suddenly.From the moment I spoke to Jacob, I knew Teddy would be extremely well looked after.Jacob arranged that Teddy was collected that day from the vet, as well as his carrier and blanket which I really appreciated.He also kept me updated and sent me a text message to say they promised they would look after him for me, and then later on, that Teddy was in their care now.I chose a beautiful small white urn and grey photo frame, which was engraved specially using my wording. When I arrived to collect Teddy, it was a beautiful, very peaceful place, and I was treated with care and respect. Jacob even asked if I was ok. The way Teddy was displayed was perfect and the items of a very high standard too which I will cherish. I also loved the candle which was in the bag on unpacking, which had a comforting saying on the box, it was a nice touch.All of this made me feel better about the sad situation and I would not hesitate to recommend Kings Hill. At a time when good customer service is few and far between it made all the difference. Thank you so much.

Kings Hill was recommended to us by a friend who had taken his pet to them and we are so glad we took his advice.We took our wonderful cat Lenny to them and the care and consideration shown to us by Jacob was absolutely exceptional. No hurrying or dashing about, everything was ready for us when we arrived and Jacob told us to take as much time as we needed to say our last goodbye to our wonderful boy. There is never a good time for this type of thing but the way that Jacob handled everything was peaceful and reassuring, making an awful day just about bearable. My beloved parrot passed away suddenly and I am beyond devastated, Kings Hill Cremations responded straight away to my enquiries about cremation, and put me at ease about the process. When we arrived the staff were delicate and it was a personal experience. They had arranged a bed for him with beautiful candles, and gave us space and time to say goodbye. The farm is beautiful and the whole process has helped with my grief, especially seeing the ducks. His urn is beautiful and they think of everything. I highly recommend this cremation services to say good bye to your sweet loved ones in a dignified way.
