Unfortunately very disappointed with the cake I collected on 24th December. It looked amazing but the chocolate sponge was so dry (definatly been made way in advance and stored) all our guests tried the cake but it was too dry for them to eat so I had to buy something else for boxing day onwards. I messaged twice but both my messages were read with no response made. I may aswell have just thrown my money in the bin. Really disappointing and the customer service is awful.

I wouldn't give any star if that was an option. No acknowledgement at arrival they could see I was waiting. And when finally being served the whole time she had someone just standing there talking different language amongst themselves ot was quiet clear from body language it was about me. I took the bits I bought to go First and last time I'll go there. And you wonder why small business owners struggles when there's no customer service

Love this place! The coffee is honestly the best in Ipswich and the rice pudding is so creamy and delicious. A friendly cafe with amazing cakes and treats.
