I booked a taxi to pick my elderly parents from the Heathrow Terminal 3 this morning. I called their office only couple of hours before their arrival. I was so impressed by how professional the main office was and also how nice the drive was in taking extra care to pick up my parent from a very busy airport. A big thank you.
