Although I didn't buy from here, but whilst browsing in the car lot, the service was excellent. Not pushy, very helpful, good advice and useful guidance given. I asked lots of questions and the sales guy happily helped without irritation. Would surely consider visiting when next looking for a car.

Bought my BMW 3 series from here, Matthew and the guys are great ,very helpful and great communication. It had a few minor issues a couple of days after I bought it and they fixed all issues free of charge. Couldn't recommend them enough.

The service was great, from their first contact with me, replying to my Auto trader inquiry, they were professional and prompt.On viewing the car, Richard was very helpful, flexible, knowledgeable, and helpful in all regards. All my requests were handled, and the car I chose was on time and ready.They promised the car would be fine, one can see they stand by their cars, and that they are doing their best to be as honest and forthcoming with what they are presenting.In a world where one can't always trust certain retailers, I would definitely recommend Northgate cars. I brought a car from this garage 3 weeks ago, picked it up 2 weeks ago, lovely car, the only issue was it didn't have a parcel shelf, which I said I was only buying it if they got one for it, when I picked it up still no parcel shelf but I was told they were still trying to get one, so after coming home & ringing them twice over a couple off weeks they had found one & was having it posted to my address as I live a distance away. It arrived & fitted perfectly. Thanks to the 2 men I delt with who were so kind, caring & professional with the sale, any issues the car had were always done & it had a brand new mot. Bought my Nissan Juke from Northgate cars. Had few issues with the car but I am happy with the way Matt dealt with it. He ensure all the issues was rectified. He also arranged for a loan car which was very helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure my car was in good condition and all the repairs that the car needed was done. I have just brought a car from Northgate Cars and can't recommend them enough. They have been superb. The best car dealership I have dealt with by a mile. They were friendly, knowledgeful and so helpful. They offer a great deal and the after care has been second to none. I cant thank Matt and the team enough for all their help. Would easily give you 10 starts if I could.

Fantastic staff and customer service. Quite a distance from me, but worth the journey. Bought a car for my Daughter, and all minor cosmetic items were fixed before driving away. Had one issue a few weeks later, and they went the extra mile to try to get to the bottom of it. Would definitely use them again.
