Topps Tiles Launceston
The tiles I had ordered arrived promptly at the store but before we were able to collect them my husband had an accident and was unable to drive to pick them up. The staff at the store were very understanding and helpful. They delivered the tiles free of charge the next time they were passing near us. Lovely tiles too!

I just wanted to share the outstanding customer service received from both Aimee and Sean at the Launceston store. Aimee listened and understood exactly the look i wanted to achieve for a wetroom. Recommending a tile i wouldn't have considered. Sean was friendly and awesome in organising the order and delivery, returning calls immediatley and keeping me up to date. I can't reccomend them enough. Thank you both and photos to follow when the tiles arrive, my builder is finally happy.

First visit to tops Launceston, not surprisingly they are spot on. Helpful and knowledgeable as always. Usually use bodmin triple A service at both sites.
