H.R. Owen Maserati London

The sales service was good, I was so excited to get my new Levante. However, I have had it for just 5 months now and it has been into the servicing department 3 times. As soon as the sale was made, I have been dropped. Each time I have to pay for the petrol to get it into London and back. I have just called again as it has yet another issue (the windscreen seal keeps popping out and flapping around whilst driving) and was told I now have to pay for insurance for a courtesy car! Have never been charged this on the last three occasions. When I refused, she then wouldn't book my car in. Considering how much I paid for the car, I expected it to have better quality. I won't buy another Maserati.

I bought my first Maserati Levante from H R Owen Kensington. First class dealership and Gareth King was sensational from start to finish... A perfect gentleman, a flawless salesman and after sale calls that impressed me. I absolutely would deal with him again and thoroughly recommend his levels of service and salesmanship to all who deal with him in the future. I reserved my car, saw and purchased the car in less than 2 weeks. Fast and efficient service... even got me a free umbrella... love my Maserati Trident. Without doubt the single best car buying experience I have ever had. James and Mark were extremely attentive to every detail and made buying my new Maserati GranTurismo a joy. HR Owen experience was overall excellent and significantly better than Maranello in Egham who generally couldn't be bothered to return phone calls when requested. I'll certainly be using HR Owen for many years to come.

To be clear my issue is with the Maserati Levante diesel rather than this particular dealer.Beware….This vehicle is not suitable should you do lots of short journeysOil changes will be required every 12 to 16 weeks or so and can only be carried out through the dealership at an eye watering cost for an oil changeService schedule is also compromised by short journeys usage and could be as low as 8000 miles rather than the quoted 12500 milesMaserati customer care simply say all of my experience is as a result of me taking short journeysPlease note that they do not define a short journey and simply hide behind thisI do not recommend owning a Maserati Levante

Called up with a view of ordering a new Granturismo and buying a used one they have in stock as a stopgap.Three times I called during a weekday afternoon, and three times nobody picked up the phone, going to an answering machine.No way in hell am I giving a penny's custom to a business that can't even pick up the phone in the middle of the day to take enquiries!Pathetic!

I didn’t buy the car from this dealer but I’ve used it since it is the only Maserati dealer in London. The service I have received each time has been appalling and totally unacceptable. Every time I had to use them I felt like the only thing they cared about was to rip me off. I even reported the dealer to Maserati Italy but never received any formal apology.

I have just purchased a levente from HR Owen London. I must say the whole experience from test driving the vehicle on a Thursday and placing the order the following Monday was seamless and not confusing. I dealt with Garth King who is a jolly nice chap who was helpful throughout the transaction. He provided many quotes with different configurations without any fuse and was accommodating when asked many questions. I have never made a decision to purchase a vehicle this swiftly in the past. Thank you Garth. I am enjoying my Levente.

I bought my Maserati Levante from Maserati Kensington Since, the first time I stepped at the dealership the welcoming energy assures you are at the right place. I dealt with Mr. Gareth King. He has been very helpful in explaining things the ins and out had lot of previous experiences and knowledge. He gives you his time without any rush, answers all the question with patience and has put his full effort on making us a happy for first time with Maserati experience.5* ratings since start to finish.
