Excellent service! They took us to Manchester Airport for our honeymoon. We had a text early on the day we departed to say there was traffic and they were coming slightly earlier to avoid sitting in it, which was appreciated.they were very informative and friendly. Great company that i'd use again and definitely recommend

So friendly, fun, and professional. We were taken to and from Leeds Bradford for our summer holiday by Amy, the kids were really looking forward to seeing her again on the way home. No question is too much trouble, communication was excellent when booking and before each pick up. Can't rate them highly enough, 100% recommend to everyone. Absolutely amazing service. Have used them twice in the last two months for airport trips to Manchester and both times have not been disappointed. Fantastic communication, comfortable journey and reliable. And the added touch of our water on our return from a delayed flight was very much appreciated. Highly recommend! 5* service.

We recently had the pleasure of travelling with this company and after using several others and being let down, there was nothing to fear. From initial contact with Amy and then regular updates up to and on the day of our journey and then back home again.Our holiday happened to be when there was a problem with the radars and flights were cancelled but thankfully we only had a slight delay but the poor drivers were taking it all in their stride and still with a smile.We were lucky enough to meet 2 of the drivers Steve and Martin and both were lovely, friendly and very professional and took pride in their vehicles. If I travel and need a transfer/pick up service again this would be the company I would use again without hesitation and I have and will continue to sing their praises to all my friends and family. The five star service they offer is truly guaranteed so thank you Amy x

We can not praise this company highly enough - so glad I found them online and that they are local to us.From my first message to Amy (which was answered very quickly) - our quote was very straight forward, no nonsense and easy to understand, absolutely no hidden costs, you pay what you are quoted.All relevant info was exchanged and then just before our trip Amy again contacted me to let me know that Tony would be our driver, this was also double reassurance for me as the clocks changed on the morning of our trip too!Tony arrived punctually and the vehicle was lovely and clean inside.Tony was very polite and friendly - and put our cases on board and delivered us to the airport in good time.Amy messaged me a day or so before our return and let us know that Martin would be our return driver and gave me his number to ring from the airport when we were ready to go.Again no bother at all, from me ringing him, Martin was with us in minutes, the vehicle again was lovely and clean and Martin was very polite and friendly, put our cases on board and drove us safely home.The whole experience for us was very good, hassle free, they know what they are doing and do it very well - Thank you all and we hope to see you again really soon!We would not hesitate to recommend Harris and Smith Family Transport Services (Morley)**Add on** it wont let me post another review - only edit this one-So we used these guys a second time because we were so happy with our first trip, Steve took us and Martin brought us home. Great communication from the start. Martin picked us up on time and was parked up ready and waiting for us when we returned.Clean and tidy car, plus a great chat on the way back.Definitely recommend
