Above all else, the work was excellent! We have a listed doorway and are right on a busy high street. The team were careful, diligent to the surroundings and the visible difference across the whole building was really exciting to see.

I was having a lot of trouble with moss on my roof. It was blocking the down pipes from my guttering, causing the gutters to overflow whenever there was a sudden shower of rain. It was also causing a lot of mess. CCS came along and cleaned it quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price. A few months on, I have gutters that are clear, a roof that is clean and no moss messing up the place. I'm a satisfied customer and would call on them again.

Contacted James to have a look at some internal stonework that needed some professional attention within a Castle we are refurbishing. Great experience from start to finish, friendly & professional and wouldn't hesitate to use again. Stone looks great.

Always nervous about new tradesmen doing jobs I have no experience with for a fair bit of money. However can honestly say that all dealings were friendly, helpful and polite. I had two mature sensible professional local guys, who did a good job plus little extra bits without being asked. (Was worried that it would be a couple of teenagers with powerhoses and no customer skills) The guys cleaned up well and the end result was impressive. They had plenty of kit and managed our cornish slate, convoluted multiroof, without complaint. They remembered to give good advice about the rain butts which saved a bit of heart ache. The end result roof looks like new!
