This hand car wash has sadly gone downhill of late. The quality from my latest visit for a mini valet was poor compared to previous visits. There were smears left all across the interior windscreen - so bad that I had to redo it as was hazardous driving! The interior vacuuming was poor and to make matters worse the boot was completely missed. To top it off, once finished they then parked my car on the street with the car engine still running, unattended with the doors unlocked. It’s a shame as the guys are friendly but sadly I won’t be returning as there are plenty of alternative car washes to try out in the area instead. Since reopening after lockdown the prices have also substantially increased - a mini valet for VW Golf size car has now risen from £20 to £30 and an external wash is £15. A rip off and unjustified given the poor quality work. The owners have obviously got greedy and raised their prices, no doubt using COVID as a poor excuse for doing so whilst not upping their standards. Nearby hand car washes offer a better valet for less money. Look elsewhere!

The most horrible car wash I have ever been too! Overpriced, VERY VERY LOW QUALITY, and the guy debated the prices with me. Will never ever use again. The guy charged me more for the mini vallet than the stated price too, so 35 for nothing. And my car’s still dirty, so yep, never again.

One of the worst and the most expensive service in BCP. Definitely don’t recommend!! Wasted money and time! £25 for basic washing with waxing. Middle of the roof dirty, front of the car as well, tyres dirty as you can see on photos.

Paid £40 for showroom valet, had ask him three times to clean seats again and again. Never again..he was quick to get the cash and give me attitude. Avoid!

It's a scam! Don't use it!They just make up a price that has nothing to do what's on their price list! They look at the car and say it's dirty so they have to charge more and then they haggle with you. They told me they'd clear the inside of my car for £60 even thought it wasn't even that dirty. Then they did if for me at the ASDA Poole Car Was for £24.

Bubbles car do a great job, my car has never been so clean even from new. They offer a wide range of services at a great price.The Goat and Tricycle Pub is a great place to wait for your car to be cleaned.

Me and my wife used Bubbles for almost 20 years. They recently increased the prices by up to 50%. At the same time, the quality went steep downhill. And when telling them about specific issues, they start arguing with you. For example, they told me I have to pay more if I don't want dirty wheels like on the photo attached, which was taken immediately after the wash. We won't use them again.

I can’t give any feedback of the quality of their work. I can, however, give feedback on their customer service. I had booked my car in for a showroom valet, turned up at the appropriate time to be told they had decided to redecorate the workshop. Despite having my mobile number no one had bothered to ring me to cancel. I made another booking, a day and time they suggested. Drive by this morning to check they were open for business. Still decorating. I will find somewhere else for my valet.
