I’m going toGive 3 stars as they saw us at short notice and also got a battery in for my mini countryman 2014. The guys there seemed friendly enough too. I thought they’d done a good job until I broke down 5 days later as your guys didn’t calibrate the new battery to the mini properly and there was a drain which caused loss of power and engine light to come on. My car has now got towed all the way to Honda in Stratford (1 hr away) as my warranty is through Honda where I purchased the car recently. So as good as the service appeared on the day, sadly; the job was really amateurish!

Really good service. Guy in reception gave really great service, think his name was Gilly, inspected damage and organised fitting on the day. Great quick service at fair price.

The asian guy is really rude and arrogant!!!! Really bad customer service and I think he is racist towards white people. I heard him say something in his own language and I asked a friend who told me it was racist. To anyone who doesn't like racism of any kind, do not visit this place!!!!

Picked up a screw in front tyre on the way down from Scotland. Part deflated. Went to Kwik Fit who looked at it straight away and repaired the tyre for a great price. Thanks guys.

booked in for a brake check, was told needed new rear brakes and discs.1 month later and discovered front pads needed doing as well (see photo).Only done 539 miles since check so should have been noticed. now had to add discs,another £125...not happy at all....
