Bupa Dental Care Carryduff

The people were really nice and the procedures were quick, but I was left with a bruised jaw and uneven fillings. I also still experience pain while eating and one filling has fallen out. When I asked about sensitivities at my next appointment, I was told this was normal. Perhaps it was just the dentist I saw, but I now have to go elsewhere to undo the work that was already done.

Friendly and professional work from Amy and Lucy. I can be a bit awkward so appreciated the caring environment, clean work and attention to detail. Very good experience.

Booked my 4 children in for a 9:45 appointment this was confirmed via text waited months for the appointment when I arrived at the practice I was told this had been changed to 10:45 and all the other appointments which were sent to me had been changed without noticed ! Very disappointed with the level of professionalism and service from this practice and No Help was provided to address this problem I’ve been with this practice for over 20years - Book an appointment at your own risk !

Very friendly and helpful staff. Dentist, Amy, explained what she needed to do and carried out root canal drilling without any pain! Great job

Worst service have rang up 3/4 times now for an emergency appointment the first time I was told to ring at 8am so I rang them next day girl on the desk told me she would ring me back so waited an hour nothing I ended up ringing back was pretty apparent she had no intentions of calling back so I thought ok il try again tomorrow 8am spoke to girl again she told me my dentist is off which is fair enough but she said she would ring me back and check if could get me in with another dentist she didnt ring back im still sitting here two weeks later with a sore cracked tooth which no dought will get and infection and then next will be root canal when it would be a simple filling if they would see me if ur not going to call back don't tell people you will and talk lies.

Alyson( Dentist) Toni, and the reception team at BUPA Carryduff are just brilliant. Professional, caring dentistry. From first time I rang they have demonstrated everything that is good in care. Worst dental service EVER!!!!!! Cancelled 4 times!!!I had booked a dental appointment for my 12 year old daughter in February 2023. A day before her appointment, they send a message to cancel the appointment and they wanted to rebook in April. Again, a week before the appointment, they cancelled again and rescheduled to May. When I questioned the receptionist, she said it’s not a big deal and these things happen. I complained to a manager and she apologised and cited medical reasons. But Today, they have cancelled a 4th time again and rescheduled to July 31st. I think it’s a joke.. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN.

Bupa Dental Care Carryduff is a great Practice, they really listen to any concerns you may have, and the dentist will explain treatment options in detail, and I find this puts me at ease. They also try their best to accommodate you with appointments. Highly recommend.

cannot praise the dental technicians and staff in this practice highly enough.Super friendly and highly knowledgeable, cannot ask for more !Highly recommended 10 STARS every time !Just had a tooth extracted 03/11/2023 and superbly professional treatment. Felt absolutely nothing. Technically excellent.
