Dave was absolutely amazing! He got to me within 2 hours and fixed the issue straight away! He knew what the issue was and even suggested something to help with the issue we had and make it safer for my little boy! Simply amazing and will defo keep hold of his number for all of our lock issues

After carrying out some brief research it was obvious from the reviews that Dave from Rockhopper was our chap. Dave arrived promptly and took time to explain in layman’s terms what the problem was. Dave fixed our fault and offered sound advice on preventative maintenance. You need to look to further than Rockhopper for absolute peace of mind and a good, honest local business.

Highly recommend Dave!no call out charge he was happy to come and have a look at my lock before committing to any work. Unlike other locksmith companies. He explained what needed to be done and completed the job, no hassle just excellent service !

Highly recommend Dave at Rockhopper. We had internal and external locks and key boxes fitted and work was excellent. Fast, efficient and friendly service. Great communication too- on another occasion, half an hour from making contact after snapping a key and the job was done!
