When looking for a designer to work on our renovation project, we selected Lou because we saw her work on other projects and we loved her aesthetic. What we got however, was so much more. Lou came with loads of energy to the project. She understood our requirements, injected some fresh ideas, and helped us elevate the design to something quite special. We love the result but, more so, have loved working with Lou. Lou was amazing at putting our thoughts into vision for upgrades from children’s to teenage/young adult bedrooms.Colour choices and options for accessories as well as desk designs and storage spaces.Lou also helped redesign our spare bedroom to a work from home studio space but still feel homely enough for guests when they stay. We've known Lou & Andy for years and Andy did a fantastic job of our extension back in 2014. When I was literally feeling stuck with what to do with our living room decor this year Lou seemed a logical person to ask advice from.We had an informal chat to discuss the issues and then Lou presented us with 3 or 4 design options to consider. Her designs were very well thought through, they reflected our taste and style, and also came in at different price points.She gave us the confidence to open up an old fireplace and flood our North facing living room with a gorgeous Little Green blue paint. She showed us some artisan tiles and fabric designers I'd have never known about if I'd have just been looking myself.Thank you Lost and Found we love our blue living room! It's warm and homely but also stylish.

From our first consultation with Lou Thomas right through to final completion we had an extremely positive experience indeed. Used Lost and Found to design our kitchen and to project manage the work. Lou’s designs have created a wow kitchen which is a pleasure to work in (and show off!).
