West Highland Naturist Retreat

Excellent break, Jan and John are two of the nicest people I have had the privilege to meet. As a first time visitor I was made to feel very welcome and put at ease. They went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay. I can't wait to return.

John and Jan were extremely welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we had a fantastic stay. Amazing breakfasts, lovely evening meals (which you have to book in advance). We'll be back for sure.

I have never been hosted by more caring individuals. John and Jan make it their business to make sure you are comfortable in every way, whether it's bringing you to an isolated lagoon so you don't get lost or cooking up delicious meals and everything in between. Absolutely excellent experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my Monday to Friday break at the Western Highlands Retreat. John and Jan are amazing people and fantastic hosts. The meals were delicious and always served with a smile and a bit of banter. Lovely Sally was also there helping out voluntarily. I would recommend a stay at this gorgeous property to anyone looking for a break from the madness of daily life. You will definitely find relaxation!Lesley, Glasgow

Had a great time here!! Felt like home..except i didn't have to cook!! John and Jan were great hosts!! From the time i walked through the gate and met John, i felt right at home! The atmosphere as well as the other guests...couldnt ask for more! John and Jan cooked a great dinner and breakfast the next morning was good also. John showed me the model train they were working on and took me on a tour of the village" where the train will run someday. Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to do a hike as it was absolutely pouring that day but i am sure it would have been a great experience! One of my regrets is that i only had 1 day here."

Wonderful warm welcome. Maybe a little cool out but the hosts John and Jan and a roaring fire soon had us relaxed and enjoying our retreat. Dinner excellent and the breakfasts set us up for the day ahead, no lunch needed. Definitely a place to stay.

Absolutely fantastic place, Jan and John are wonderful hosts. The food is all freshly home cooked, the garden has the most fantastic views of the surrounding mountains.
