Excellent service when I needed a car key repairing. Friendly and helpful.

Very rude.. returned watch battery I had bought from them, that lasted 1 month and was met with rudest man ever, very poor Customer Service.

Very expensive to get 2 keys cut

Hi,A replacement battery, not an original iPhone battery, was used to replace the one in my iPhone XR. They recommended cheap non-original batteries because they said originals were pricey. Even if I don't use my phone much, it still loses charge quickly. Then I discovered that genuine goods only cost 40 pounds more than those knockoffs. I spent 45 for the battery, and I'll now pay another 85 at a certified Apple store for an authentic Apple battery.Despite this, I am not upset because they are excellent at creating high-quality keys and repairing watches and shoes.Simply put, I would advise them to also keep original batteries on hand so that anyone with the means to do so might purchase them just in case.I like this store because it is very nice and clean, and the staff is helpful and experienced.

Excellent service and the gentleman was very humble.

Went in to have an extra hole punched into some new shoe straps. It was done quickly whilst I waited and they only wanted a donation to their charity which i was very happy to do.

I took a shed key into Timpson’s West Bridgford which I was told incorrectly by Timpson’s at Morrisons Gamston had been copied to the right size. Michael at the WB store corrected the error by the other Timpson’s outlet and cut me another key to the correct size for no extra cost. He was so helpful and this is the only Timpson’s store in the area I will be using going forward

Brilliant service and very polite, friendly and helpful people. Very knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble. They even took a link out of my Dad’s watch free of charge after they changed the battery. Highly recommended and will return when the need arises.

Chris at Timpsons in West Bridgford is so helpful. I got a new battery for my watch. He also mended the zip on my golf bag. This looked to be rather complicated, and perhaps not something he would always do, but he obliged. The bag has been so much better to use since...the balls no longer roll all over my car when I throw the bag into the back and go to play golf! Along with watch batteries, keys, shoe repairs etc I was so pleased he could also mend my bag. Such a useful shop.

Such a lovely chap in timpsons west Bridgeford. Quickly sorted me a new car key when it fell apart. Good to know they will be open during lockdown too :)
