We've have just received our keys for a property we're renting with Redbrik and so far we are very happy with how our rental has been handled. We've had a few hiccups, beyond Redbrik's control, but have had a fab agent assigned to us! Georgina has been brilliant in explaining every step and procedure, remained transparent with us and made the process as easy as possible for us, despite the circumstances. We are very thankful to have her as our rental/tenancy agent and fully recommend Redbrik's services

Redbrik are letting and managing our three HMOs for us and I would highly recommend them. Jake is our property manager and he's always available on the phone to help sort out issues. We have found Redbrik to be attentive, thorough and personable and it's great having that peace of mind, knowing that our properties are being well managed and that our tenants are being well looked after.

Amy was a great help throughout our three year tenancy. Best estate agents I’ve ever worked with. Communication is amazing and I just want to say that Amy Rees who is our property manager is just INCREDIBLE. Had a few issues with our property when we moved in (due to no fault of Redbrik as they had only just taken the property on) and she has dealt with everything so quickly, bent over backwards to ensure things get sorted and has regularly contacted us to keep us updated. She is so kind too and lovely to talk to. Honestly she is a credit to the company and am so greatful to have her. Thank you so much Amy and Redbrik would 100% recommend to anyone.

Redbrik let and manage a number of properties for me in Sheffield and I found them to be an excellent estate agent.Over the last five years Redbrik has grown but they have maintained their expertise in lettings and management. Each property is assigned a letting agent who I have found easy to work with, responsive and efficient.Recently, I have been working with Holly in lettings who, in addition to the above, I have found caring and empathetic for both landlord and tenant which is essential to find best solutions to any problems.I am also in the process of selling a property though Redbrik, and again this negotiation between seller and purchaser has been perfectly balanced by Alastair, and an exceedingly swift sale has been agreed.To summarise, Redbrik have been great estate agents to work with, and one I can still rely on.

Working with Redbrik Sheffield is a delight from a contractors perspective. They are super efficient and always provide accurate information on their works orders and of the properties. The part which I personally like about the team is that they are all very fair towards contractors, landlords and tenants. In my experiences previously the contractors normally don’t quite get the same treatment as the landlords or tenants.Great team. Happy to be onboard.
