Great service: Found the fault that had been blighting us for a few weeks very quickly. Even then managed to propose AND complete the fix in two hours - and all on a Saturday. Will definitely be using again.

Called this company because it was a local landline, they didn't answer immediately but then text me asking how they could help, before i could respond, i got a phone call from a mobile with the same 6 numbers as the landline claiming to be in the next street.When i asked if he was in my area, he was cagey saying they covered all of south Wales so i asked where in Cardiff he was but again he repeated they covered south Wales.I didn't feel comfortable so i told him not to worry but he got insistent that i told him what i wanted an electrician for, i hung up only to get another 4-5 calls and a text from the number

He Came. He Saw. He Fixed it! Thank you for getting out to us so promptly at 7pm on a Friday night. We had a problem with the fuse box, Richard did a temporary repair and returned the following day with the correct part and completed the job. Whilst the call out was understandably quite a bit of money, we we're charged very little for the additional visit to complete the job. It was all above board and the costs were all explained in advance of visit. All in all very happy and would thoroughly recommend Richard.

Amazing service! Reliable, friendly and courteous, also very straight forward to deal with, even when the job wasn't (Due to a previous 'botched' electrical install)! Quoted for work accurately, maintained contact throughout, and never cancelled a single appointment. Would definitely use again.

This firm got me out of trouble when I installed a signal booster. I needed a socket fitted to power the signal booster in the loft to the aerial i was fitting. I was let down by 2 other electrians in Cardiff this company came out to me in under a hour fair price for a fast response highly recommend I'm happy and so was my customer to.

Niki was so great to deal with! He was super friendly and helpful, and really quick to get to us (following a DIY emergency!) - he came out to us on a Sunday within 90 minutes. And though he had to knock chunks out of our wall to get to our cables he cleaned up all the debris and left it nice and tidy. We’ve got his number saved now and will use him for any future electrical work (emergency or not!). We’d highly recommend!

When I called for a Cardiff electrician they gave me a time they would attend, a competitive price and an all round good service. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them.

Called upon 24 hour electricians Cardiff when grans downstairs sockets stopped working. I spoke to a nice man on the phone called Richard. He was the young man who came out to help my nan who's in her 90s. He restored power found the root of the problem and isolated the fault. Nan was over the moon but now needs a new Washing machine as this was the problem.Thank you Richard for coming out on such sort notice and even more kind you stuck to the price you stated on the phone.Take care,Jess Carter
