Terrible service, no blankets for children and on the outbound flight no screens were working and the same when returning. This caused a lot of hassle as when your travelli g with young children for 8 hours it is very hard to keep them occupied.

The office is open but they never answer the phone. I therefore had to physically attend the office to arrange a basic assistance request for travelling passenger. Once at the office the staff are unprofessional and have poor attitude and knowledge. Altogether a sorry state of affairs.

Avoid at all cost. What a shame. I am so disappointed and wondering what is happening to PIA and their sick staff.Please save your money and your wellbeing and try to avoid them.
