Sam supported us on our Self Build project, he completed all building control/working drawings and helped me to discharge some complex planning conditions. He delivered not only exactly what we was looking for but gave some excellent ideas on how the build could be improved, of which I took his advice and the finished work was even better than I first imagined. Sam has provided design services for the refurbishment of our Head Office, which is located just outside of Derby.The scheme he has developed along with his knowledge were exceptional, and we have received planning approval so hopefully the work with be completed by March 2024.
