I can’t recommend falcon kitchens enough. I ordered a new oven from curry’s with delivery & fitting. An hour before they were due to come they rang to say they couldn’t fit it for another 4 weeks. As I’d already waited for 2 weeks I decided to cancel the order.I rang Ian from falcon that day (Sunday). He was at home but said as it was an emergency he would try to help us out. He went into work to see what stock he had & rang back to say he’d match curry’s price & he’d come straight out to fit it, despite having a sprained ankle. He turned up within the half hour & fitted the oven. He was polite & professional throughout.First class service & will definitely use them again.

Falcon installed fitted bedroom furniture for me about 6-7 years ago and I have been delighted with it and, in fact, recommended them to friends who also used them. Recently I had a problem, well out of warranty, but Ian went out of his way to put this right. This is not a company who take your money and think their job is done. Their customer service, in my experience, is exemplary. Would definitely recommend.

New fitted kitchen.“We had a dividing wall knocked out to combine our kitchen and dining room. Ian gave us plenty of options to consider and was very helpful changing designs to incorporate our requests. Once we had agreed the scope he provided us with artists impressions of the finished kitchen, which was great. The installation was extensive but Ian managed it brilliantly. He regularly popped in after work to confirm that the installation was going to plan and ensured we were happy. I cannot fault the job. It was fitted to a very high standard and we are delighted with the result. Highly recommended.”

I chose Falcon kitchens for two reasons - good reviews and they are local to where I live and I was not disappointed. From the moment I made enquiry I received friendly sound advice without any pressure. Once I had booked the job Ian kept in touch with me and given as shortly before job was to be done we had storm Arwen but despite still having snow the fitter appeared and I am delighted with the finished results. I had a kitchen revamp which looks like a new kitchen. They went above and beyond what I expected and I cannot recommend enough.

Let’s start with the conclusion for those who want to get straight to the point – we have a fantastic new kitchen from Falcon and can’t fault the service from Ian & Neil in the showroom and the craftsmanship of the fitting team – Kev, Scott & Peter.For those who want to know more, we were undecided about what we actually wanted, and Ian encouraged us to visit the showroom to discuss options and we never looked back. We dithered over layout and had a complete re-think after Ian drafted an initial design and he was ever so patient with our back and forth over a couple of weeks that ended in a complete redesign. Lots of debate thereafter about which Neff appliances to choose (excellent kit and I would not go back to ‘standard’ Highstreet appliances) but we got sorted and the job booked in.Ripping out the old kitchen (Kev - also fitter for new kitchen) and getting walls and ceiling rewired (Scott) for appliance moves and spotlight installation followed by patching plaster back up and skimming (Peter & co) is a messier business than I imagined but having a dusty house for a couple of weeks is massively outweighed by the end result. These lads are proper grafters and worked into the evening and weekends when needed to get the job done (while always asking if it was OK to work ‘after hours’). Ian or Neil visited most days during the project and were always available to talk when not there. The only minor hitch was a delay by Neff in supplying one of the appliances, but Ian came out immediately to fit it once it arrived. We’re enjoying the new kitchen and know that we’ll get great follow up service should we have any problems (and none to report four months in).

Falcon Kitchens fitted a kitchen for us in January. We are over the moon with it and would highly recommend them! The whole team, Ian, Neil, Kevin, Scott and the plasterers were all great. We had a new kitchen fitted 2 years ago and are absolutely delighted with it, had an issue with a sink sometime later which was a bit of discolouring but they replaced it without a problem. Hats of to them a would strongly recommend them. Good quality, excellent workmanship and very professional.

We used Falcon Kitchens for our previous kitchen which had lasted over 17 years and it was still in excellent condition but we wanted a new layout and appliances so we had no hesitation in going to them again. Ian the owner remembered us and we were warmly welcomed. He came out to measure up and listened to exactly what we wanted, which was to combine the kitchen and breakfast room into one larger kitchen. This involved the removal of some wall partitions and relocating a radiator. The design he created suited us perfectly. The removal of the previous units, the partition walls, the new plastering, new electrical wiring, new flooring and then the installation of the new units and appliances all went very smoothly and Kevin and the whole team did an outstanding job throughout. Ian kept in contact throughout to ensure everything was going well. We are so pleased with our new larger kitchen. A superb job all round - we would highly recommend this company.
