Bought staff on their website, paid £4.99 for delivery, wanted to return the items only to find out that return postage wasn't free, so went in store only to be told, that they don't refund any items bought online, and could only give a store credit. Why? I have already paid £4.99 for delivery which should cover for return postage anyway, why would I want to spend another £5.00 on items I didn't want., increasing the cost of my Shopping experience with Sports Direct to £10.00 for absolutely nothing to show for. Never ever again will I shop from Sports Direct. Avoid.

Wow, what a breath of fresh air for a retail store. I walk in and already get greeted at the door from the friendly staff (which is rare nowadays). Then I went over to get myself a new pair of shoes and the man that took the shoe I had in my hand and came back within what felt like seconds even though I only told him the size I needed (you can tell they care about their work).Tills were good.Would recommend coming here I'm sure you'll be as happy as the staff by the time you've left.

Avoid like the plague. They are more expensive than the competition, unhelpful sfaff and they DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, only store credit!

No staff, had to wait 5 minutes for staff to come out to pay. Hardly any stock. Would not go back.

Very nice looking store. It’s clean and a Breath of fresh air compared to some of the other stores. The staff are incredibly helpful especially Jason, Ringo and Mark that helped me with an issue regarding a click and collect. Will definitely come back. Yea you

Why all the staff are always very rude in this store? I've been here 3 times and they always been rude, slow and seem like don't want to work.
