Lindsey has been extremely helpful and patient with my brother and I. He was very worried and anxious over a number of mobile phone security issues. Lindsey listened and helped my brother deal with these problems. Got a new phone and after sales service has been excellent.

Clean good service prices need to be better because many better options on the market but i can recommend

Went in to pick up a new phone, my old phone's screen was badly cracked that you couldn't hardly see anything on it. The Store Manager Jess, and her colleague Mike, went above and beyond to help me get my data transferred to my new phone. They were so warm and friendly, despite the struggles the store was experiencing due to Internet issues. 5* customer service, and I love my new phone.

Fantastic staff! Very friendly and quick resolution. I think I had a wonderful woman called Beth. She was very helpful and got me sorted quickly and in a professional manner.

We came here yesterday to discuss getting our house connected to wifi. After queuing we were assisted by a member of staff who was knowledgeable and understanding who discussed the various options available and helped us to choose the plan that was right for us. I also enquired about upgrading my mobile phone contract and he found me a contract which saved me money and had more data. 30 minutes well spent. The only downside was having to queue which just shows how many people like to talk to a real person face to face. Maybe more staff needed.

Took my phone in store today after my 2 year old had locked my screen sideways. My current Samsung phone has been the worst I've ever had with glitches but the staff here are beyond helpful and after great advice it's working fine again!

Went in for my son's 1st phone and ended up with 3 new phones! Jess was fantastic, the whole team were kept busy but there was a lovely atmosphere.

I have to say the service from this shop is so far out I couldn’t believe it without going into a long story suffice to say the young man Jordan restored my faith in human nature the attention he gave me was exceptional in an age where the personal touch is rare may almost unknown you are setting the standard for others to follow brilliant
