Holland & Barrett - Glasgow Byres Road

The two members of staff were very helpful. I used the online click and collect facility and my purchase was found immediately.

Was buying supplements in here, and the assistant Judy was very helpful. Advised me on what vitamins I was doubling up on, and managed to cut them down saving me money. Very knowledeable staff.

The customer services here is a nightmare. One of the staff is so rude. Her name is Claire, She said she is this shop's manager. HB should not have this type of manager.

Absolutely ridiculous staff member and were extremely discourteous to me. This is second times I have been there and would never go back again. Definitely need a staff who at least could serve the customers with respect. An old lady in front of me were told to find the items by herself...

Been shopping with this company for years and years always had the nicest of experiences until the Byres road shop and the manager Claire. She was unfriendly rude and aggressive didn’t even try to help me embarrassed me in front of other customers absolutely disgraceful customer service she should not be working near customers when I asked to speak to a manager as she stormed off she said I am the manager her eyes were bulging she was so belittling towards me and said I was a liar and refused to serve me so I said I would call customer services and complain I said she said good luck. She is a horrible woman and so fake and dramatic I was actually a little scared. Called head office they were wonderful. I can see similar reviews I bet it’s the same woman hope they see the pattern.

Every Holland &Barret I have shopped in have been nothing but helpful and pleasent when cant find what I’m looking for and try to assist u on what’s best to buy especially the staff that work in the one on sauchiehall street Glasgow city centre

I'm disgusted the way I was treated today Friday the 12th may 2023 13:30 at this store by the staff, she was very very rude and bully-tilling me, I have purchased few items worth £113 excluding discounts, the main issue is when I purchased one of the mix and match deal, after the transaction was processed, I asked if I can change one of the items by another same one just bigger size and the price would stay the same, she clearly replied yes and rudely breathed saying but I would have to refund everything and do it again, i replied yes please, so she went ahead and did it and once it was done the price was different, I said you told me the price will stay the same, she replied I didn't know??? Then I said it's too much I need to get the first deal then because the price has changed, she called her manager because something went wrong with the till, and when her manager came I was trying to explain to her the situation she was shutting me off by saying I know what happened you have changed your mind, she clearly put the blame on me listening to one side of the story, therefore her manager was as bad as her, I never came across unhelpful and rude staff like these 2 in my whole life anywhere in the world. I been a costumer for Holland and Barrett for many years and I usually use the one in SAUCHIHALL street Glasgow, I never had a problem like this and the staff over there always friendly and helpful.I will unsubscribe from the news letter and never ever go to Holland and Barrett again.

I am really surprised at the one star reviews here, I find the staff in this store exceptionally helpful and pleasant, got really good advice about vit b12 from one assistant, actually better than my GP!
