Nice pub with seating inside and out, cosy wood burners in both bar areas for cold rainy days. Staff very friendly and the food delicious.Should not be missed if you are in Glen Riding.

Very nice burger after a long day hiking. I like the little box of condiments they provide with your order. Burger was a good size and tasted good. It's all a bit pricy but that's usually the case with places out here. Portion size was good.

The staff and owners are very nice but the food is defrosted or microwaved. Sadly was very disappointing :( If you have a bit more energy in you to walk down to one of the nicer hotels to eat after hiking, would recommend that for the same price!Recommend the hot chocolate though!

Food ok. fella serving food was rude tried to charge me extra far asking for more gravy , also had pint of vinegar disguised as Guinness. Place is nice shame about the ridiculous prices and bad attitude from staff. If your not happy in your work find something that suits you better.

Can't comment on the food as only saw what other people had ordered, which seem to be going down well. Nice little pub plenty of outdoor seating and well deserved after walking Helvelyn.
