She also mentioned my strengths, things that sometimes you forget you have like a nice smile. She rephrased my responses and added to them what they were lacking. Money well spent. I have been very luck with my work career up until last year. I got made redundant so pulled out my CV which hadn't been updated since 1999!! I added my work history in the same old fashioned bullet point style and started to apply for jobs. No after no!! I applied for well over 100 positions and didn't get a single interview.
