Disgraceful, took too long, did not return phone calls or email back. Receptionist told me someone had a medical emergency in the office. Had to ask estate agent to intervene due to lack of communication. UNPROFESSIONAL AND AVOID.

Very slow service. I had to chase every single week. To top it off a remedial electrical job that was arranged for post completion and I was told would cost £170 ended up being almost twice that. I feel I was very badly advised by Jenny regarding this and now I am going to have to bear the additional costs for something I had nothing to do with arranging.I would advise anyone to go elsewhere for their conveyencing needs

I deal with dozens of solicitors on a weekly basis and rest assured if you are looking for a professional, proactive team to help you move house then look no further, headed up by Sharon Galley these are the team to use. i always get great service.

A firm provides poor response to my solicitors requests. Wish these kinds of solicitors go bust to allow the decent starters to come forward

Avoid at all costs. Slow, inaccurate, never around of updating you, total waste of time of a firm. Esp. Sam towle, totally incompetent.

The conveyancing team at JMP are fantastic. They are efficient, one of the best for communication and really lovely to deal with. Would certainly recommend.

Well what can I say apart from superb, from start to finish, and this isn't a 'one off' it's each time we engage JMP they are great with communications, work hard, advise personally on recommended steps and can cover a multitude of different legal work you might ever need. Special shout out to the wonderful Kirsty Andrew, in the conveyancing department, who has assisted us with a personal matter recently. Brilliant, smooth and supremely efficient. Although, my last experience before this one was using Sharon Galley in the same department and the consistency in the quality of service is very evident. We have also used Andrea recently for some probate cases, and again is way ahead of the game in Andreas specialist area of law. Thank you to you all at JMP!
