This is the 2nd time we have had Stefan out to repair the oven door which I’m all fairness we broke. What a super fast efficient service. No hassle no mess left behind and responded to our calls. This is the 1st time I have used this service. My oven needed repairing. Stefan arrived when he said he would to diagnose the fault, messaged me when the replacement parts arrived, quickly arranged an appointment to install them, and again arrived when he said he would. I would use him again 100%

5* service from Stefan at Dorset Appliance Repairs! He came round to see my faulty fridge very quickly ,,, it couldn’t be repaired, so he replaced it and took my old fridge away within a day or so. Very reasonable rates, and I will definitely use his services again!

Stephen attended to troubleshoot a Gaggenau wine fridge not cooling. Diagnosed leak of cooling gas. He said needed to take away to dismantle and repair which he did right away. Returned a week or so later having identified two leaks and repaired them by brazing aluminium (quite rare skill!). Reinstalled and all working fine. Very sensible price too. Amazing service!

Turned up early than expected the next day. Polite, clean, sorted the problem and checked over the machine. Would recommend and use again. Experienced appliance mechanic at a reasonable price. What else do you need?
